BBVA Finanzia USA is searching for an Origination Operations Process Manager to join its Risk Group. Based in Tucson, Arizona, this position reports directly to the Vice President & Head of Risk. This unique opportunity will allow the successful subject matter expert candidate to play a vital role in a growing business. The position is responsible for managing the origination operations process. This involves coordinating all other Group?s (Marketing, Operations, etc.) activities to implement and maintain the operations process.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Design origination operations process to accommodate different acquisition channels and products.

? Manage origination operations process using dashboard metrics, which measure incoming, processed, and pending applications.

? Refine origination operations process to improve application process speed and efficiency

? Coordinate the activities of various groups that are involved in the origination operations process.

? Work with third party service providers to develop origination operations process.

? Supervise small team.

 

 

Requirements:

? 4+ years of Operations experience (Financial Service or Banking Operations experience preferred).

? Experience with operationally implementing score models a plus.

? Demonstrated proficiency in working with operational systems (experience with FDR or TSYS systems a plus).

? Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

? Bachelors Degree, with an engineering Major preferred.
