This position directs the work of Item Processing, Bank By Mail, Incoming/Outgoing Returns, Non-Posts, Statement Rendering, Account Maintenance, Service Tickets, Authentication (Customer Identification Program), VA Branch Operations and IRA processes. Specific responsibilities include reviewing the work of the team members, determining training needs, coordinating training and providing guidance, in addition to counseling employees on job performance. Involves ensuring compliance by adhering to all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and the Countrywide Bank's policies and procedures, along with reporting all incidence of non-compliance to immediate manager.

The proven leader we seek will have banking experience, preferably in Deposit Operations, coupled with the ability to apply banking regulations and Countrywide Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance issues are met and financial risks are minimized. We are in search of an excellent communicator able to perform in a production oriented environment as part of a team. Must be detail oriented, highly organized, self-motivated and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with AS/400 applications is desired.
