POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Maintain accurate customer vault balances.

-  Report, research, and resolve all money related discrepancies to the branch or

  compliance manager.

-  Maintain accurate customer information files.

-  Produce and transmit customer reports in a timely manner.

-  Assist route staff and insure an accurate check in and out process.

-  Insure that all billing information is processed.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

-  Ability to use good judgement when making departmental decisions.

-  Professional demeanor in all situations.

-  Skilled in operation of PC?s, calculator, printer, and fax machine.

-  Ability to effectively design and read inventory spreadsheets.

-  Possess strong written and communication skills

-  Self-motivated, detail-orientated individual who works well independently.

-  Possess excellent customer service skills.

 

Position is Monday - Friday - 1:00pm - 9:30pm.

Occasional Weekends may apply
