Administrative Assistant Position in Huntsville, AL

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Candidate selected will serve as administrative assistant for Cargo Helicopter Project Office Department Chief and will perform secretarial duties, schedule management, prepare correspondence, coordinate government personnel travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS), enter charges into Purchase Card Management System and database and other administrative duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent plus 5 years related experience to include MS Office, experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), and U.S. Army correspondence. Must have active Secret security clearance.
