Requirements:
*Bachelor?s Degree: Minimum of five years high volume recruiting experience  Experience and advance knowledge or recruitment tools and sources: networking, Internet, and direct sourcing Direct experience working with assigned recruitment projects based on defining objectives, timelines, and meeting project deliverables.  Demonstrated Project Management skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others to produce results (Recruiting focus:  Sales)

POSITION LOCATED IN NEWPORT BEACH, CA****

 

Description:
Sr. Strategic Staffing Representative coordinates specialized recruitment and staffing activities to support critical staffing requirements essential to the business. Coordinates with other Strategic Staffing personnel, hiring managers, and recruiters at site location to establish and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies to provide a candidate pool of critical skills talent. Manages recruiters key staffing projects and recruitment activities. Design staffing plan and proactive sourcing strategies for key functional areas to build a candidate pool of quality critical skills talent to fill vacancies in a timely manner. Coordinate with the appropriate recruiters at headquarters and various site locations to implement staffing plan and recruit talent.  Source and recruit potential job candidates using all available methodologies for critical skill positions.  Track and report progress against plan.  Coordinates special Staffing Projects and activities. Deliver training programs.
