Chemical Technician

Chemical Technician - Birmingham

Kelly Scientific Resources currently has an excellent opportunity available for a Chemical Technician located in Birmingham with a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will support manufacturing and/or laboratory activities by cleaning glassware, shipping samples, running IVs and performing miscellaneous general tests. Other duties include making PH buffers, mobile phase prep and solution prep. The candidate will also assist senior analysts as needed.

Qualifications:
AS/BS degree in a scientific discipline with 1-3 years of laboratory or technical experience preferred. Experience following SOP's helpful. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are desirable.
