International BioResources is an expanding source plasma collection company with centers across the nation. Each year, more than one million hospital patients benefit from plasma therapies, including heart surgery, trauma, and burn patients of all ages. We currently have an opening for a Center Manager for our Donor Center located in Montgomery, AL.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Donor Center to

ensure compliance with all applicable policies/regulations and overall performance, as well as profitability of the Center. Duties include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; providing strategic direction/planning to ensure customer satisfaction; monitoring/evaluating center operations; assisting in budget preparation; and related functions. You will be required to maintain familiarity with State and Federal regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedure manual, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMPs. Individual may be required to work weekends and evenings.

Position requires one year work experience in a plasma center, to include six months in a management/supervisory role. Associate's degree in a science field or management is preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and PC skills are essential.
