SOS has NATIONWIDE Medical Science Liaison (MSL) opportunities working with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world!

 

SOS provides medical affairs support functions to the pharmaceutical industry.  SOS deploys MSLs on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotech companies throughout the world. Medical Science Liaisons are field-based professionals who engage in scientific exchange and education of emerging and current therapies with local, regional, and national thought leaders and community-based clinicians. MSLs develop mutually beneficial collaborations with key healthcare professionals, disseminating and ascertaining information that is integrated with appropriate internal client customers.  MSLs work from a home office and receive all required equipment such as computer, fax, copier, etc.  40-60% regional travel is required.

Educational Requirements: PharmD, MD, PhD

Therapeutic Area:  Cardiovascular and Metabolics

Territory:  San Diego/Phoenix/Salt Lake City/Reno

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years postdoctoral experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other healthcare environment. Experience in the areas of cardiovascular, metabolism, endocrinology, and/or diabetes preferred. Prior MSL or other field-based position experiences a plus. Knowledge of medicine (including pharmacotherapy), clinical research process, treatment guidelines, FDA promotional guidelines, regulations, and ethics applied to the pharma industry a must. MS Office Suite
