My client is a top 15 global pharmaceutical company looking for a candidate to successfully come on board as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for the Tucson, AZ territory.

 

Therapeutic areas include Allergy/Respiratory and Anti-infectives.

 

This organization values individual performance, has a team atmosphere, is large enough to offer development into multiple specialty segments and has a strong pipeline of future therapeutic products.

 

Job Description and Responsibilities:

The physical territory will be Tucson, AZ based.

 

Travel:Up to 15% travel may be required for this position.

 

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (business or life sciences preferred).
2+ years of top performing Sales experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and written & oral communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop a territory on own outside of sales cluster.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of results.

 

Salary and Benefits:
40-65+K base (tiered by experience)
19K bonus at plan, uncapped
Highly competitive additional compensation package and benefits
