Sr. Brand Manager/Brand Manager:

 

Join a growing dynamic Pharmaceutical company. We seek a Sr. Brand Manager/Brand Manager to be based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Brand Manager manages all marketing and cross-functional aspects of a branded prescription product line. This is a fast-paced, fast growth, high energy firm with a friendly and supportive working environment. The product line is marketed to physicians through a pharmaceutical sales force.  The company is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, though its products are distributed nationally.  The business is growing, and the individual will have a tremendous impact.  The products are unique and very high quality supported by a sales force who loves selling these products.

 

Primary Responsibilities of the Position Include:

?  Managing P & L of product line including marketing spending budget

?  Creating and managing marketing programs to drive prescription growth

?  Training and interfacing with the pharmaceutical sales/detailing force

?  Leading the development of promotional materials with graphic designers

?  Manage sampling programs for product line

?  Interacting with promotional partner companies to implement sales and marketing  programs

?  Designing and performing market research

?  Analyzing and managing reimbursement and manages care support programs

?  Interacting with product development (R&D) to perform claims support studies and possibly develop new products

?  Performing business and competitive analyses

?  Reporting market research and business results.

 

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:

?  Bachelors degree or higher required ? marketing degree preferred

?  Requires a minimum of five years in a business environment with a focus in branded product management experience

?  Requires an understanding of Rx regulated environment

?  Prior experience launching a new produce in the pharmaceutical industry

?  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

?  Some travel may be necessary
