Building Services Technician Under limited supervision, installs, and maintains components of all utility and HVAC systems; repairs pluming problems; connects power supply wires to machines and equipment; replaces damaged or broken wires and cables; troubleshoots electrical systems: troubleshoots equipment for mechanical and electrical problems using manuals and schematics; performs general construction, light carpentry, framing, and sheet rock work; general maintenance; completes necessary paperwork and maintenance records. Requirements: Trade or vocational school preferred. Electrical and/or plumbing license desired. Good communication skills and ability to work with people. Minimum 5 years experience.
