Energy Program Manager

CBRE Technical Services, a division of EMCOR Group has an immediate need for an Energy Program Manager who will be responsible for development and implementation of CBRE Technical Services energy strategy for benefit of our clients.  Candidate will be accountable for the quality of CBRE Technical Services’ energy platform, and the results generated through its application.


 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


 

Consolidate existing energy programs on CBRE accounts under CBRE Technical Services.
Provide regional support to existing accounts
Design and implement energy management program for CBRE TS clients including
Review existing program structure and make recommendations and improvements as required
Portfolio oversight – conduct periodic review of energy performance for key customer groups and report as needed
Track progress and traction of energy management program
Identify, develop and implement 3rd Party preferred supplier relationships for specialized services; such as, steam, window film, lighting, etc.
Participate in CBRE’s national energy consortium
Training Programs

Conduct Monthly Web based training for CBRE TS clients,

Asset Services REM’s Energy Star benchmarking
Facilities Managers - Avista
CBRE TS Operations Management Training

O & M Best Practices
Provide monthly energy news content - alerts, updates, new ideas or market intelligence - for distribution to management and clients
Assist in the validation and measurement of achieved cost savings initiatives by account
Assist in the profiling of energy use by account by commodity, type of building and primary use
Assist in the benchmark of utility consumption by commodity, type of building and use.


 Candidate will also assist in due-diligence for prospective clients as well as perform cursory audits and produce summaries of general findings.  Will maintain and update case studies in energy management and assist in the development and presentation of proposals to prospective clients


 


Candidate must have 7 to 10 years experience in building operations and maintenance as well as 3 to 5 years experience in supervision and program management.  A 4-year College degree required, preferably with emphasis in Engineering.  Must have experience managing energy demand and supply programs in multiple geographic regions.
