Facility Manager

EMCOR Facilities Services, a division of EMCOR Group has an immediate need for a Facility Manager in Sherwood, AR!  Candidate will provide complete facility management solutions and leadership to customer owned and/or leased facilities. 


 


Candidate responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


§ Implementing appropriate plans and programs to meet and/or exceed the financial objectives within the account, in conjunction with Manager.


§ Ensure contract compliance and service delivery meets client expectations at the Facility level.


§ Ensure effective customer satisfaction, service and relations within the Facility.


§ Establish goals and performance criteria and measurement processes to proactively manage the account and employee population.


§ Responsible for cost effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy and performance to business standards and Customer expectations.


§ Quantify value added key performance indicators at the Facility level.


§ Communicate building/campus related policies, e.g., rules and regulations; keep management and employees informed of unusual events. Act to ensure compliance with laws and regulations


§ Provide property management services pertaining to buildings, systems, and grounds in accord with service level agreements and budget.


§ Create an environment that gives team members and teams responsibility/authority to achieve goals, and then hold the team and team members accountable for accomplishing them.
Budget and fiscal reporting including variance reduction and explanation.


§ Coordinate between EMCOR Companies at the Facility level.


§ Driving continuous improvement and innovation throughout account (s).


     


Candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


 


Preferred commercial building and/or industrial operations management experience; Successful re-engineering of account level deliverables, including consolidation of vendor environment to a single source provider.  Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience at a management level in an organization managing multiple facilities and/or maintenance and operations.  Must have CMMS experience and call center development experience as well as multi-site/account experience.  IFM experience preferred.


Undergraduate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or comparable experience.
