Project Manager - Site Services Coordinator

This position coordinates the maintenance of facilities and of vendor-provided services. Responsible for the execution of all internal moves at the Mobile facilities. Provides assistance in the completion of facility modifications and external office moves. Provides administrative assistance and services to insure a safe and secure working environment. Coordinates all preventive maintenance and repair activities, both in-house and contracted --including HVAC, plumbing, grounds and office equipment.  Coordinates and executes employee office relocations, moves, adds, and changes to the site occupancy plan. Deal with a wide range of service requests from MGC employees, management, visitors, and customers in a user-friendly, service-oriented and positive manner.

 

College graduate preferred with 3-5 years Facilities project manager experience.  A background in electrical and mechanical systems preferred.

 

Strong Familiarity and Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, security systems, preventative maintenance.

 

Construction Administration Experience to include carpentry techniques, construction supervision, budgeting / cost estimation.

 

Operations Experience to include internal office move management, janitorial supervision, Landscape maintenane, furniture installation, vendor management, project management.
 
Lease Administration Experience to include property management, lease negotiations.
