Project Description and Tasks :

* Interconnection Agreement SME/Project Manager.
* Seasoned Manager type.
* Has hands on experience with completing Joint Interconnection Agreements (JIA) with an ILEC includes assisting in negotiation thru implementation and certification.
* Contract Negotiation and SLA management experience. End-to-end telco business process understanding.
* Formulate and establish metrics. Define and conduct audits of carrier and partner services.

* Experience to remediate. CLEC Launch experience.
* Telephony experience prefferred or VoIP with cable.
