We will also consider the best General Managers, District Managers or Store Managers who have total unit responsibility from other business in the retail industry.? All candidates must have a minimum of five years experience at unit level management and have a career history of exceptional performance.

Star Program participants will learn the Domestic Auto Experts' revolutionary systems and programs that have resulted in our mature units far exceeding industry standards of financial performance. You will learn our business from the bottom up, starting the Service Consultant role and quickly moving up to General Manager.? It is at this level where you will given total unit responsibility and have the opportunity to be the best.
