JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibilities include: advertising sales within the magazine, maintaining all accounts, coordinating and directing the editorial content on local adult businesses, and generally promoting the magazine within the local adult industry.


QUALIFICATIONS
We are currently accepting resumes from candidates with experience in business-to-business sales or specifically advertising sales. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, demonstrate effective communication, networking, organizational, and time management skills.


TRAINING
Includes a comprehensive training/orientation program at our corporate office, as well as ongoing extensive support.


COMPENSATION
Xtreme Magazine offers a 50% split on net profits including:


? 20% commission on all new advertising sales


? 20% residual commission on repeat sales


? Monthly bonus trade-out opportunities
