An eBay Account Manager partners with eBay's Top Sellers to increase sales within the eBay Marketplace. In this role you will manage and develop a portfolio of accounts to drive increased sales and cross-selling opportunities within eBay.

Key areas of responsibility:

o Sustain performance within a portfolio of core accounts while increasing sales and developing strategies for account relationships.
o Optimize member experience delivering "best in class" account services.
o Surpass customer satisfaction expectations against all key metrics measurements.
o Ensure client performance is meeting/exceeding expectations. Communicate any challenges with management and team.
o Review key account activity, performance and opportunities for improvement.
o Liaise with relevant departments and senior executives within eBay to adequately represent accounts and to ensure effective account management.
o Create and promote product awareness/income potential and internal cross-selling opportunities.
o Monitor individual accounts to ensure compliance with all eBay site policies.

Qualifications:
o Must have proven outbound account management/ sales and marketing experience.
o Experience with CRM and sales management tools.
o E-commerce experience strongly preferred.
o Experience buying and selling on eBay, preferably with in an industry category like. internet jewelry, technology, collectibles, etc.
o Highly effective verbal and written communication.
o Excellent presentation skills.
o Willing to travel to meet accounts as needed.
o Ability to work flexible hours to best support client needs.
o Ability to build trust with eBay clients and act as an eBay advocate.

1) Hours worked will be between 7am - 7pm.
