We are seeking highly motivated customer care professional in a call center environment. Position requirements include detailed conversations about automotive products and services, problem research/resolution as well as reaching out to customers to process orders.


We are looking for 2+ years of customer care or related experience, strong communications skills, MS Office proficiency, time management and organization/multi-tasking skills. Must either possess or be able to pass CA state mandated Property & Casualty license. (Fully paid training provided)

 

 

NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE:

Responsibilities include new policy sales and rate quotes on applicable products. Must either possess or be able to pass CA state mandated Property & Casualty license. (Fully paid training provided)



We are looking for 1yr of successful sales experience, preferable in Insurance or a related field. Strong closing/sales skills, PC knowledge and communications skills are required.
