We currently have an excellent opportunity in the?Poultry Processing Facility?at Millsboro, DE for a?Production Manager??reporting to the?Plant Manager. If selected for this position, you will:
?
Manage all First and Second Processing areas and Breast Debone areas during the 2nd Shift. Ensure that all safety, yield, production and quality goals are achieved during poultry processing; and to insure all employees are treated fairly consistently.
?
A minimum of 5 years poultry experience at a superintendent level in all areas required.?
Excellent verbal and written platform skills, as well as PC proficiency are a must. Bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus. An excellent salary, including monthly and annual bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package is being offered.
