Associate Project Manager-Everett

Providence WA Regional Services, a non-profit faith based organization is actively seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager (APM) to perform a variety of project coordination activities.These responsibilities span the Providence Health System facilities throughout the region and is located in Everett, WA.The APM will work with all types of applications and systems, including vendor-supplied, custom-developed, and web-enabled applications and systems. The APM will implement a?variety of IS projects within the clinics, hospitals or business settings within the entire region.
This position also assists in maintaining constant readiness for JCAHO and other regulatory surveys and must understand the clinical and regulatory requirements; Participates in the resolution of network/application-related problems. Must be able to troubleshooting or researching problems or performing follow up activities on issues;
Analyze user requirements against vendor specifications to determine hardware/software needs and creating appropriate IS discovery, implementation and discovery documentation. Must be able to work with users to define current and future business process flows to assist in determination/evaluation of software needs within the clinical or business setting.




Required Skills:
The best qualified candidate?will possess the following requirements: 2 years of IS experience, strong Project Management skills, 1-year experience in a Healthcare or medical organization, plus 1+ year PM experience on a project teams is required, AA degree in related field of study.
