Coaster's Santa Fe Springs Headquarters is currently seeking an Enterprise Operations Supervisor(ERP) to supervise a staff?of?6 in our MIS department.? The?ERP Supervisor will monitor accessibility of business applications and/or services,?assist and coordinate?the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide system tools and ensures scalability, recommends operating policies to mitigate risk, and enforces polices as provided by Coaster Management.? The ERP?Supervisor will also participate in hiring MIS staff and conducting annual reviews and must be familiar with concepts and functions for using an ERP system.?

Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree (or and AA with 2 additional years experience in field),?A?Master's Degree Desired3-5 years of experience in the field or related areaFamiliar with a variety of the field's best business practices, concepts, and proceduresRelies on experience and judgment to plan and?accomplish goalsAble to?lead and direct the work of othersWill?report to a manager or head of a unit/departmentHands-on management style and troubleshooting skills of business applicationsSuperuser of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power pointGeneral understanding of Database ManagementKnowledge of distribution warehouse work flow is a plusKnowledge of NXTREND/TWL/Progress is a plus??
