Sales Representative

?  To proactively identify and position the MTM suite of solutions, with specific focus on developing and selling MTM Conversion Services & Records Storage solutions, through effective sales activities and customer immersion activities

?  To meet and exceed revenue targets through professional and ethical business practices

?  Minimum three years of professional sales experience

?  Experience in ?system? or ?solution? selling with a focus on intangible products and services

?  Successful track-record of creating new business opportunities

?  Consistently exceeds revenue goals attaining top 20% of sales

?  Experience in starting a new territory

?  Track record of high-activity relative to scheduled prospect meetings

?  PC literate with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet, CRM, and ECM software

?  Team player with the ability to collaboratively accomplish territory goals

?  Ability to professionally present and represent MTM solutions

?  Flexibility to adapt to changing products, services, and markets

?  High degree of energy, enthusiasm, and confidence

?  Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentations and demonstrations

?  Strong customer relationship skills

?  Above average PC skills

?  Strong cold calling skills

?  Meet and exceed assigned revenue and bookings targets every month

?  Meet and exceed annualized gross margin targets

?  Focus on net new revenue growth

?  Dedication to diagnostic / consultative selling approach

?  Understand, communicate, and position entire suite of solutions, recognizing and referring other MTM opportunities of ?non-focus? to Director of BD

?  Establish meetings and relationships with organizations within 50 mile radius of corporate headquarters

?  Develop, maintain, and focus on Territory Business Plan

?  Identify potential customers utilizing a horizontal and vertical market approach

?  Maintain control through sales cycle

?  Maintain customer account, contacts, and event information in CRM

?  Accurately forecast and track revenue and renewal information in CRM

?  Professionally correspond with customers via email and letters

?  Monitor and report on market and competitive activities

?  Keep current on industry trends and solutions through training and education
