TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE LEVEL II (SECOND SHIFT)

IPRO Tech, Inc. a premier developer of litigation software for the legal community has an exceptional opportunity available for a second shift technical support representative (level II) at its Phoenix headquarters.  The ideal candidate will have experience in providing telephone software support to end user clients, be self-reliant and self-motivated.

 

Requirements:

 
BS Computer Science or work equivalent
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Second or Third Shift Call Center experience preferred
Must possess excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
Makes additions and modifications to Service Desk knowledgebase to ensure the information for troubleshooting issues and proven resolutions are repeatable by all support teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers who may have a limited knowledge of computer systems operations and equipment.

 

Additional Requirements:

 
Demonstrable proficiency in each of the following:
Microsoft SQL Support or DBA experience
Windows XP/2003
MSSQL (Stored Procedures, Ad Hoc queries using ISQL, EM)
TCP/IP (DNS, UDP/TCP, ARP)
CRM Tools
VM Ware or VirtualPC
Microsoft Terminal Server
Microsoft Office Tools (MS-Word, Excel, Outlook)
Remote Connection Software (Checkpoint, Cisco, PC-Anywhere)
