Technology Support Lead Position (Los Angeles)

Moss Adams LLP is seeking qualified candidates for a Regional Technology Support Lead position based in our Los Angeles, CA, location.  This is a ?hands-on? position that will involve managing technical issues for the office of residence. This includes support of laptops, desktops, printers, phones, fax equipment, PDAs, and various software applications.  The position will also be responsible for the coordination, development, and oversight of 5 additional Technology Support Specialists within the Southwest region.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 A minimum of five years experience providing desktop level support to users in a fast paced office environmentRecent supervisory experience in a technical support fieldExperience with MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Active Directory, Symantec Ghost, supporting remote users, network and printer troubleshooting  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are requiredPrior accounting industry experience will receive preference
