Jr. Network Technician
World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has opportunities available for several Jr. Network Technicians in Anchorage, AK. Qualified candidates will have aptitude and desire to learn various network troubleshooting skills and learn about Cisco IP Telephony. Candidates will be assisting in deploying Cisco IP Phones on desks for large deployment of over 4000 phones.
Qualified applicants will have aptitude to learn Cisco Technologies and Networking skills. Excellent oral and written communication, customer presence as well as customer service skills required. The position would require about 0-25% travel and would primarily be focused in the delivery, or post-sales area. Applicant must be able to lift or move objects of approx 50lbs.
Positions will be part-time positions with mostly evening/weekend shifts. WWT is always looking for potential full-time employees that demonstrate WWT core values and strive to exceed expectations.
