Network Support Technician
Lavender & Wyatt Systems, Inc., a leading technology solution provider, is seeking a Network Support Technician for its Little Rock, AR office.
Seeking an over-achiever with a CUSTOMER FIRST attitude.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting customer base with technology implementation and support. Technology solutions will include pc?s, servers, networks (LAN & WAN), and VoIP.
Requirements:
? 3 + years technical support experience
? Ability to assess user needs, obtain information and communicate in a clear and logical manner.
? Able to travel to customer locations
? MCSE
? Possess a valid unrestricted driver?s license
? Provide own transportation
? Eager to learn and grow with the company
? Advanced PC skills/knowledge
? Able to lift 30-50 lbs
? Experienced in troubleshooting PC software and hardware problems
? Citrix and Cisco certification is preferred
? Lotus Notes/ AS/400 experience a plus
