Duties: Provide information and guidance to users of Personal Computers throughout the Credit Union, answering questions concerning applications and the selection and use of hardware and software systems. Research and resolve PC hardware and software problems. Coordinate and perform installation of new and updated hardware and software.Coordinate maintenance and repairs of desktop hardware. Develop procedures for installation and maintenance. Maintain network configuration databases for users, servers, printers, and network resources.

Qualifications:

BS Degree in related technical field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years experience in PC support, installation, and configuration. Extensive knowledge of common PC hardware and software. Good intermediate diagnostic and problem-solving skills required. Written and oral communication skills and multi-tasked experience essential.
