Customer Support Specialist
Electronic Healthcare Systems is actively recruiting a Customer Support Specialist, responsible for providing application and level 1 technical phone support. EHS is a leading provider of Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software solutions for physicians.
Candidates will be responsible for providing full support to EHS clients. This position requires high availability, good verbal and written communication skills, an analytical skill set, and an excellent attitude. Tasks include, but not limited to, troubleshooting application bugs, answering how-to questions, providing solutions in a timely manner, assisting clients with their application needs, participating in after-hours pager rotation, and testing software changes as they relate to support issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the customer software support environment or equivalent combination of support, education, and healthcare experience. They will also be detail oriented, possess an ability to learn quickly, and have a high level of initiative. Experience with the Windows operating system is a plus.
