Position Summary

?

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician II to provide first level professional support for any technical problem across the enterprise utilizing immediate remote problem resolution and just-in-time training on applications.
- Provides 24 / 7 centralized communication functions across the enterprise.
- Escalates issues to appropriate second level support personnel in a timely manner.
- Provides management notifications for all critical system issues that are impacting to the business.
- Participates in oncall rotation support.
- Supplies information for metrics used in the daily reporting of the health of corporate technical systems.
- Provides complete, concise, and accurate documentation of all calls via the corporate problem repository.
- Actively assist other team members to meet team goals and objectives.

General working knowledge of MS Office products, aptitude for technology, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to multi-task and trouble shoot technological problems, ability to train co-workers. Some previous Help Desk experience preferred.

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred, A+ Certification preferred. Three years experience working in a call center help desk environment.
