Job Description:

 

? Lead a team of analysts working with multi-source data systems in the design and production of reports for individual practitioners and health plans.

? Perform and/or coordinate data analyst and data production projects as directed.

? Provide guidance to analyst team on cross-functional data analysis projects.

? Manipulation of large, multi-component data sets encompassing clinical, financial and utilization information from medical, pharmacy and behavioral health claims databases.

? Using SAS, SQL and Crystal Enterprise, design and produce data reports utilizing data from multiple vendor sources in the data warehouse.

? Communicate finding and analyses in written, oral and graphic form to appropriate personnel including managerial staff, clinical staff and external customers.

? Interact with IS Data Warehouse team to maintain data mart structures.


Qualifications:

 

? 3-5 years of programming, data analysis and reporting using SQL as well as working with complex, multi-component data sets.

? Oracle and business intelligence tools (microstrategy)

? Minimum om 1 year experience in project management.

? Must have strong team leadership skills and the ability to act independently or with general direction as a senior level contributor.

? Previous supervisory experience a plus.

? Experience with a managed healthcare setting desirable.

? Minimum BA in Computer Science.

? Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
