Job Title: Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement and support reporting applications for the Bleached Board Business.
Work effectively with account manager, resource manager and business to insure project scope
and deliverables are clearly articulated and met.
Ensure that all projects follow programming guidelines and standard project methodology including
change management.
Responsible for all phases of project including analysis and design of business request, estimation,
programming, testing, implementation and overall application change management.
 
Requirements: 
2-4 years of experience or equivalent proficiency level in analysis, design, programming, testing
and implementation.
Bachelor's Degree highly desired.

 

2-4 years of programming with Business Objects/Crystal reports, SQL, Stored Procedures and
Visual Basic.

Experience with Elixir system highly desired
Ability to interact/communicate with all levels of business/IT - written, verbal (in person and by phone).
Ability to resolve problems via effective analyzing, negotiating and communicating.
Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes.
Self motivated.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work as a team player as well as work independently.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Documentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of business processes such as order cycle and/or paper manufacturing.
2-4 years of developing reporting applications with Business Objects/Crystal reports
Minimum of 1 yr. experience as a team member supporting an ERP application
