Candidate Qualifications:


 


Our Client is looking for a Project Manager and Superintendent with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in Multi Family Projects. These individuals must have Podium style experience and Underground Parking Structures.  Also must have projects with 200 units or more.  Our Client is looking for articulate professionals who have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.  A Construction related degree is required.
