Construction Services Project Manager

DESCRIPTIONFoxworth-Galbraith is a highly successful lumber and building materials retailer with an opening for a Construction Services Project Manager at our location in LAKESIDE, AZ.

Responsibilities include:

Managing residential and small commercial new construction and remodels Estimating and performing material takeoffs Construction sales and project management experience Experience and the ability to develop subcontractor base as well as oversee and dispatch of construction installation crews Management of budget and business plan Accountability of a profit and loss plan and expense allocation

 REQUIREMENTSCandidates must have knowledge of commercial construction, extensive knowledge of lumber & building materials and experience managing subcontractors and budgets.
