Currently we have an opening for the following position at our location in Menomonee Falls, WI.

 

Service Representative

 

In this position the Service Rep. will be responsible for providing support to an outside dealer assisting their techinical needs on Wacker products, assist them with repairs and provide after sales product support. Other functions will be to Administer and track warranty claims for the dealer,assist with warranty issues and commununicate with various Wacker departments to ensure the dealer obtains the best product support and be the advocate within the Wacker Corportation.

 

 You provide:

 

The qualified candidate we seek must posses a High School Diploma although an Associates Degree is preferred as well as 3-5 years' related work experience. The position demands hands on mechanical experience with strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of two and four cycle engines, small diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.  The ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics, knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems and strong customer service skills are essential.  Candidates must also have sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access as well as Powerpoint.
