Manager, Strategic Planning

Under the guidance and direction of the Division's First Vice President, Strategic Intelligence/Planning and Continuous Improvement, this position manages key aspects of the strategic planning process.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Publish and maintain annual planning calendar to ensure Wholesale Lending Division?s (WLD) associated milestones are anticipated and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Drafting/evolving SMART Goals to be pursued in accordance with Priority Objectives.
- Administrating WLD PACE Committee operations.
- Developing and maintaining support systems and measuring graphs appropriate to individual SMART goals to support monitoring and analysis of plan-defined intentions.
- Drafting and evolving Quarterly State of the Division Reports that communicates progress on key strategic efforts.
- Collaborating with Corporate Planning Group and Divisional Planners forum on strategic planning activities and special reporting requests.
- Collaborating with WLD?s Strategic Intelligence resources to continuously evaluate appropriateness of defined SMART goals.
- Identifying strategies to continuously improve WLD's strategic planning process.

A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- 7+ years experience in business/financial/strategic analysis, including experience in positions of progressive responsibility within mortgage lending operation.
- Ability to formulate objectives, strategies and tactics in accordance with formal planning methodology.
- Management skills as it relates to the administration of departmental goals, objectives and personnel.
- Research, analysis, leadership, partnering and detail-based organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal/written communication and stand up presentation skills.
- Meeting facilitation and business plan development skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, Word and Internet data collection.

The ideal candidate may also possess:
- Proficiency in Access.
