Our Business Intelligence & Performance Management Team is currently experiencing tremendous growth.  We are actively searching for a highly qualified expert with strong experience in the strategy and technical practices of Business Intelligence to help us design and build Corporate Performance Management & BI roadmaps, organizations, architectures and solutions.  This position can be based out of our Los Angeles or Orange County office.

 

This candidate must be able to articulate how an organization grows and develops in relation to structured CPM and BI activities.  Experience with executive-level facilitation, performance management frameworks, best-in-class BI practices, requirements gathering and business case presentations is a must.  In addition, candidates must have experience with the review, selection, design and implementation of solutions meeting the performance management and business intelligence needs of an organization.


Candidates MUST have the following qualifications:

 

- Extensive experience in a strategic planning or analytic consulting role; a

  strategic consulting background is preferred

- A demonstrable understanding and knowledge of software and/or consulting

  services.  

- Knowledge of Balanced Scorecard, Strategy-Focused Organization

  methodology, Six Sigma, EVA and/or Corporate Performance Management is

  highly desired

- Experience guiding executives and business leaders through complex change

  initiatives
- Experience with Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, Oracle, and/or SAP
- Understanding of BI implementations / business processes and the use of

different BI technologies to enable them

- Five plus years experience leading BI activities

- Willingness to travel when needed (up to 50%)

- Excellent client presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred
