Our consultants function as integrators of business and clinical requirements with technology solutions.? They provide operational assessments and business process redesign services related to health information management for ambulatory and acute care settings.? Activities to
support these technology based solutions include performing current state analyses on processes pertaining to planning, ordering and delivering patient care, defining systems requirements, and re-engineering business processes, all in an effort to ensure that clinicians have access to knowledge and data from trusted sources, in a clinically meaningful way when they need it.? Our consultants then implement the integrated business and clinical package solutions by managing the project, defining support procedures and providing training for the organization's staff.?

As a Lead Specialist, you will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpret and report on outputs.? You will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work
streams and identify changes in scope.? You will also design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.? Eventually you will lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects.?

To qualify as a Lead Specialist? candidate, you must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in business, nursing, or a related medical degree.? An advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, MPH or a Masters in Nursing is preferred.? To qualify, you must also have 3+ years of health care industry experience which includes consulting or 5+ years of industry experience in a provider environment.? Participation in full life cycle projects involving clinical information systems implementation is ideal and can include either custom, or package solutions such as EPIC, Eclipsys, Cerner, IDX or related systems.? In addition, candidates will have strong analytical and interpersonal
communication skills and have a track record of success working in high performance project teams.?
