We are working with many top hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers.? Healthcare Provider consulting services include turnaround services, clinical transformation, revenue cycle process improvement and financial transformation, pre-merger and acquisition due diligence as well as post-M&A integration, clinical systems selection and implementation, and supply chain process improvement.?

Our Revenue Cycle practice is growing exponentially and we have great opportunities across the US.? We are seeking
outstanding Senior Manager candidates that can lead large, complex revenue cycle projects overseeing the activities of interdisciplinary work teams at major Medical Centers.? These are full lifecycle engagements that include: patient access redesign from standardization of admission practices to insurance verification; patient accounting and financial services redesign; technology evaluation and implementation; Charge Description Master and charge capture integrity; pricing strategy development and implementation; payer discrepancy recovery including Medicare and Medicaid compliance; and denial management and clinical denial recovery success.?

Senior Managers are responsible for:
?
Engagement Management:? manages engagement risk; project economics including planning, budgeting, and managing accounts receivable; defines deliverable content; and ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels of the client.

Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top
decision makers at key clients; organizes and leads pursuit teams; participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process; and contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
?
Practice Development & Eminence: develops solutions and methodologies; develops "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participates in public speaking events; and publishes in industry periodicals.
?
People Development: performs role of counselor and coach; provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process; and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.?

Viable candidates will possess a track record of success in Consulting Services and 10+ ?years of experience in Revenue Cycle Consulting. ?An undergraduate degree is a minimum requirement, although an advanced degree in business, MHA or MPH is strongly preferred.? Viable candidates will have significant subject matter expertise in transforming revenue cycle business and related clinical processes to minimize denials and appeals, while optimizing performance and reducing days in accounts receivable.? Charge Description Master and pricing strategy experience is a major plus.? In addition, the candidate will have strong project management skills, a history of success in business development and client relationship management, and possess a successful track record of managing high performance, interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and
performance metrics.
