We are committed to providing global freight forwarding service and international logistics consultancy for our parent company, their business partners, and other new clients globally.

Job DescriptionManages all vendor/customer/warehouse communications and logistics. Manage data entry process associate with parts procurement. Processing orders and forecasts on a weekly basis. Manage and maintain all incoming booking/shipping information on a per shipment basis. Processing and forwarding the electronic data interchange (EDI) information to custom for all inbound cargo. Creating bi-monthly delivery statements for cargo received. Maintains all Purchase Orders through MLXF(Proprietary system)/Excel.Reviews all shipping documents for distribution. Ensure timely delivery of shipments by working with Customs brokers, in-house ocean (NVOCC), inland carriers, and airfreight forwarders.Maintain accounts payables and creates invoices to send to customers. Oversees the accounts receivables and collections.
