In addition, we create, license, and distribute wireless content through three wireless content businesses including our soon-to-launch MVNO named DisneyMobile.

This position will be responsible for managing activities and projects related to the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, the ongoing development of division strategy and the corporate development process. Manage and support both business-unit led projects and company-wide teams as well as and individually execute entire projects. Play a key role in future acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships; work directly with senior management and business unit leaders to identify, evaluate, negotiate and execute deals. Spend a lot of time showing off your strategic thinking and skills in Powerpoint and Excel.

Specific projects will include research, analysis, quantitative modeling, and communicating recommendations related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and internal business performance improvement. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on companies, key drivers of industry and financial performance, industry attractiveness and profitability, market and consumer trends. Assist with post-acquisition integration and performance measurement as appropriate. Create hypothesis-driven approach, grounded in structured analyses from disparate or ambiguous information.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

MBA with 2 to 5 years post-MBA professional experience

2 to 5 years of business strategy consulting experience with top-tier firm (pre- or post-business school) with focus on market entry or growth strategy

Project and managerial leadership

Demonstrated skills in strategic analysis, market research and financial modeling

A solid understanding of the internet and media markets / business models

Comfort in working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and an entrepreneurial mindset

Strong communication abilities (verbal/written interpersonal communication)
