The Organization and Change Group helps clients to lead and sustain change initiatives in order to improve performance. Our change initiatives include mergers and restructurings, regulatory programs, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus, and
technology/process transformations. Our Services include communications, cultural assessment/alignment, all aspects of change management, technology and regulatory adoption, workforce strategies and organization strategies, learning and development.
Due to our aggressive growth plans and successful performance to-date, we are looking to add talented?Senior Managers to our team. Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
?
Must have experience in the following areas:
1. Performance training needs assessment and analysis
2. Defining training strategy, approach and plan
3. Developing training requirements
4. Designing and prototyping
5. Developing training materials
6. Training delivery
7. Defining support procedures and implementation
?
- Experience in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment
- Global ERP rollout experience preferred

Contributed to the strategic design and implementation of custom training solutions in conjunction with large -scale SAP rollouts (SAP is preferred, however, experience with PeopleSoft, Siebel, and Oracle will be considered).
- Ideally, developed a blended ERP learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as well as strategic communication and change management plan.
- Experience with all common training delivery methods (Expert Led Training, Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training, etc.)
- Working knowledge and experience of training development tools (AuthorIt, InfoPak, OnDemand)
- 8 years of experience in an industry of consulting team-oriented atmosphere
- 5+ years experience with core competencies including a SAP rollout
- 8+ years leading Enterprise Application change management/training solution engagements, managing large teams, growing client relationships and making significant contributions to business development initiatives

- Budget responsibility for training
- Overall management of all phases/threads in training project lifecycle (assessment, design, development, delivery, evaluation, technology, learning management system, learning content management system, etc.)
- Engagement Management:? managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
- Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
- Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
- People Development: performs role of counselor and
coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities
- Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred
- Extensive travel to client locations is required
