Pension Specialist

We are seeking an individual that is available for a temporary contract assignment. Assignment length is unknown. End date is when the project is completed, could be up to 6 months.

Seeking an individual that has extensive experience working with pension plans. We have an existing pension plan that desperately needs to be analyzed. Must have the ability to forensicly analyze our plan administration and find errors. There are gaps in our plans administration due to the company being sold several times.

We have on file about 18 three ring binders of data that needs to be transferred into our Access database. One of our challenges is that employees calling in are not located in the binders. We need for you to be able to really review the plan and find them. We will also need to create an additional database for employees who have worked from 1993 - current. We will need to find out who qualifies for the pension and who does not. We also need to create and send out letters.

The goal of this project is to analyze the plan, find all the errors and fix them, transfer the data from paper document into our access database, update our database and have the plan in perfect order with all correct information before turning it over our vendor.

Must have experience working with Access and pivot tables.

We are not looking for just recommendations on how to clean this plan up we are looking for an individual who will be able to come in here and get there 'hands dirty' with going through the plan and fixing it.
