Reruiter/Placement Specialist Customer Service

The position is responsible for:

?  Reviewing all assigned job requests

?  Conducting conference calls between sales and client

?  Assist with writing of job advertisement

?  Posting of advertisements

?  Short-listing

?  Recruiting via phone, email, Internet and job boards

?  Communicate with sales people and strategic partners on daily basis for each position

?  Screen assessment results and resumes for all candidates

 

Requirements:

?  Two-year Degree or Equivalent Experience

?  Call Center, Collection or Recruiting Experience of Two Years

?  Customer Service Experience of Two Years

?  Internet Savvy a Must

?  Written Communication Skills

?  MS Office Knowledge

?  Knowledge of Google

 

Compensation Package Includes:

?  Salary of $25,000 - $40,000 per year DOE
