Thomson Corporation is the developer of GoFileRoom, the award-winning Web-based workflow and document management service, and is a unit of Thomson RIA, a company within the Thomson Corporation.We are seeking to fill a Sr. Software Implementation Consultant open position based out of Dallas, Chicago, or New Jersey.



In this position you will be responsible for implementing  Insource WorkFlow Manager and GoFileRoom,  the leading web-based workflow and document management solution for corporate tax departments of fortune 1000 companies.

 

Responsibilities will include:Recommend optimal system configuration and coporate tax business procedures based on industry best practices Meet with customer's tax department  to determine workflow, document management and technical needs Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval  Installation and configuration of scanning software and server components   Provide on-going support, training, and guidance to customers Daily interaction with high level business professionals 


Qualifications

 

Technical Job Requirements:

 Minimum BA or BS in Business, MIS, Accounting or Communications Minimum of five (5) years of business systems implementation experience  Strong business process and analytical skills are essential High proficiency with web-based systems and MS office  Corporate Tax or Accounting industry (CPA firms) experience/knowledge is highly desired  Document management software experience/knowledge is highly desired
