Successful candidates will possess the following types of past experience:Focus and expertise in strategy development and implementation: Working with clients to help them clarify their strategic goals Building and changing operations to realize those initiatives Providing guidance to clients on the human issues related to execution, including building organizations, managing human resources, and mitigating personnel-related risks Helping clients with project and program management, building performance measurement and tracking systems, and establishing processes for ongoing operational-level and strategic-level decision-making Broad understanding of information technology with a focus on IT Management and IT Strategy Focus on business process analysis, workflow redesign, and business automation around redesigned business processesBackground in healthcare, particularly health insurers/plans and providers

Specific background or experience in the following is also highly desirable:Health plan administrationMedical management
