The BearingPoint Public Services SAP Solutions Group is currently searching for an SAP Funds Management Consultant

Performance Profile:

- Functional SAP – FM skill set
- Minimum of 2 years of financial industry work experience
Position Description:
- Work with client counterparts on new projects and initiatives to ensure successful integration of future systems
- Conducts periodic special projects/studies to support the leadership team as well as other customer offices in the user community.
- Responsible for submitting Weekly Status Reports on the status of the projects or sub-tasks.
- Responsible for performing Functional data analysis and reconciliation
- Perform Year-End and Start-up Activities Support
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and documents business process improvements.
- Provide customer service support to Client Management.
- Attend all Center Business Lead Process Meetings.
- Support the development of Client's quality plan, procedures, and metrics.
- Coordinate the activities of the team members, including managerial, operational, cultural, technological and facilities focuses.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to participants on the project team.
- Prepare for and conduct formal review sessions with Client management to discuss current performance level and future needs.
- Proven expertise in two or more of the service areas.
- Participation in program, project, super user and user working groups and telecoms for systems, processes, and sub-processes and interfaces with the client on a day-to-day basis.
- Delivers presentations and leads client meetings.
- Present and document specific transaction-by-transaction solutions to complex business problems.
- Assist with the coordination of training curriculum and guiding process team to provide training content to the Change Management Team.

Logistics: Local candidates preferred. If not local, must be able to accommodate a Monday thru Friday travel schedule.
