Customer Replenishment Operations Leader

Description:
Manage the Customer Replenishment team for Kimberly-Clark's top customer and serve as the "center of excellence" for forecasting and replenishment processes and systems. Lead a team responsible for point of sale forecasting and replenishment at both the DC and store levels. Establish best practices in the forecasting and replenishment areas while showing continual improvement towards lowering total supply chain inventory. Serve as a project manager on key customer initiatives relating to forecasting and replenishment. Utilize your leadership skills to achieve results through influencing and relationship management. Support the training and development of internal and external customers globally.

Your supply chain expertise will enable efficient, timely delivery of name brand innovative products that enhance the health, and hygiene, and well being of families everywhere. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required preferably in Distribution, Production Operations, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or other Supply Chain focused discipline6 to 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain facility and staff logistics operationsEffective in talent management, prior team leader/supervisor or manager experience leading a team with direct reports is requiredExperience must include direct customer interaction with interpersonal relationship skills that promote global customer partnershipsStrong knowledge of retail forecasting and replenishment including INFOREM, Retail Link and SAP APOAuthorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely on a regular, full time basisIf outside the area, willingness to relocate to our corporate facility in Rogers, ArkansasWillingness to relocate for future career developmental opportunities
