Production Coordinator / Customer Service Representative / Account Manager / Action Sports Industry

We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to personally manage a portfolio of accounts. You will be required to multi-task and cover the following responsibilities:

MERCHANDISING:
* Track the development process of prototypes
* Evaluate quality and accuracy of samples

PRODUCTION COORDINATION:
* Place production purchase orders with the overseas factories
* Correspond with the factories to monitor all aspects of production schedules
* Follow up on all order details

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
* Communicate key information to customers regarding their orders
* Work with customers to ensure the highest level of on-going customer satisfaction

 

 REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must be eager to learn, quick and accurate with Excel, extremely organized in Outlook, and able to attack issues with problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and good follow-up skills are essential! We're looking for a high-energy person with a friendly personality and a positive attitude that will mesh well with our existing teams.
