This position will be responsible to assimilate all the market, consumer, and Wal-Mart data to create store-of-the community modulars and promotions that will increase sales and profits for both Wal-Mart and the Scotts?s Company.

Key Responsibilities will include:Develop relationships and processes to expand our category partnerships on the Wal-Mart account. Initiate, design, manage, direct and analyze market research and Wal-Mart Retail Link data to provide actionable information and recommendations for the assigned business teams. Utilize advanced analytical methods to pro-actively research more in-depth business situations, search for new and relevant key learning to improve the business. Make specific and actionable recommendations to either build on current success or capitalize on opportunitiesShare key consumer insights gathered through Point of Sale (POS) analysis with other key analytical areas to help support business strategies and tactics within the confines of the Wal-Mart Retail Link confidentiality agreement.

Education:
4 year college degree

Experience:
Due to the amount of time spent analyzing data, extremely strong computer skills are required- ProSpace, MS Excel, MS Access, Outlook, MS PowerPoint, BW, and SAP

Knowledge:
Knowledge of Lawn & Garden products and usages, retailer go-to-business strategies, and retail math.
